"This was a very interesting class. I didn't know how to shoot a gun until I took this class with DJ. I was nervous and almost backed out because I didn't want to be embarrassed or made fun of because I didn't know what I was doing. DJ made this a fun experience and made everyone feel confident and comfortable in the class and on the firing range. I feel so much better and know how to safely handle my pistol. Our experience with DJ and Protect Your House Firearms was incredible. I have some experience with firearms but DJ made this course very fun and interactive for me and I feel like I walked away from this as a better gun owner all around. Between the classroom time going over the mechanics of shooting, the laws of when and why to use the weapon, and the hands on at the range, I will feel very comfortable carrying concealed. My wife went into this day of training feeling a bit nervous but DJ made the playing field totally level for people of all different stages of experience. She learned a ton and now feels very comfortable handling her weapon. We recommend this class for everyone.

I have hardly any experience with guns and I came into class a little anxious but left the class feeling so much more comfortable holding and shooting a gun safely as well as the knowledge I learned about gun laws in NC.
