Protect Your House Firearms is a family run business, established by DJ and Renee Barrier.
DJ is an active Law Enforcement Officer with 18 years experience. He is a certified GLOCK Armorer, a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, and qualifies yearly as an Expert Marksmen through LEO standards. DJ is a current operator on a Special Response Team (SWAT) and has completed the Tactical Training Certificate Program through the North Carolina Justice Academy. DJ has been certified and teaching the NC Concealed Carry Handgun Training to civilians for the past 8 years.

We create a safe and informal learning environment where discussion is encouraged. Our goal is not only to develop responsible gun owners, but to build relationships with our students. All courses are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a working lunch.
This course provides you with the required prerequisite training and certification to apply for your NC Concealed Carry Permit.
